After finishing a job on an oil rig in Texas, John returns to his hometown in Mississippi, where he will finally face his grief over the death of his girlfriend. Awkwardly attempting to distract himself from his own pain in an equally traumatized society, he will find that grace and healing come at their own pace and through unexpected encounters of souls.

(*1989 in Switzerland) is of Polish and Australian descent. She studied Media and Communications, specializing in Film Studies, at Goldsmiths College, University of London. Her short films have been shown at festivals such as the International Film Festival Rotterdam and the Winterthur International Short Film Festival. LOVE DOG is her first feature film.
